About Us
Dr. Rajesh Soni has been Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1999.Dr. Soni received his undergraduate education at MIT in Cambridge, MA. After graduating in 1991, he completed additional coursework at Harvard University and performed research at Massachusetts General Hospital. He moved to New York City to attend Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he received his M.D. degree in 1996. Dr. Soni completed his residency in Family Medicine at UCSF/San Francisco General Hospital in 1999.
From 1999 to 2001, Dr. Soni practiced Family Medicine in Gridley, CA, on a National Health Service Corps assignment. He stayed in the area and joined Sutter Health, a large multispecialty group in Yuba City, CA, where he was also Associate Medical Director for implementation of the Electronic Health Record. While practicing there from 2001-2009, Dr. Soni consistently earned top patient satisfaction scores.
In 2009, Dr. Soni moved to Scottsdale, AZ where he started his private practice. In 2012 he joined 4C Medical Group which shares his commitment to providing compassionate healthcare to the Scottsdale community. Dr. Soni is on the medical staff at Scottsdale Healthcare Shea Hospital.
Dr. Soni and his wife Jaymee are proud parents of three sons, ages 5, 9, and 13.
